Rochester Man Assaulted, Left Unconscious
Rochester, MN (KROC AM News) - A police investigation into a reported assault at a Rochester business continues.
Officers were called to a business in the 2000 block of S. Broadway around 5:15 am Sunday to check a report of an assault.
The caller said several people were assaulting a man.
Officers arrived to find a 28-year-old Rochester man who was unconscious. He was taken to the hospital by ambulance to be treated for head and facial injuries that were described as non-life-threatening.
Police were told as many as ten men were involved in the assault of the victim.
A police spokesman says the owner of the business where the assault occurred was not cooperative.
