Warmer Weather Headed to Southeast Minnesota
Red Wing, MN (KROC AM News) – The warmest weather of the year in southeast Minnesota is in the forecast for this first full week of summer.
The National Weather Service is predicting temperatures will rise into the mid to upper 80’s beginning Wednesday and they are expected to continue into the weekend. It is also expected to become humid.
Rochester hasn’t had a high temperature in the 80s since June 8th, which ended a five-day streak of 80 degrees or warmer. The city’s normal high temperature this time of the year is 80.
There will be a good chance for rain through Monday and then only slight chances the rest of the week.
