Rochester Police Report Assault at Salvation Army Center
Rochester, MN (KROC AM News) – Rochester police arrested a man Friday after he reportedly assaulted a person at the Salvation Army’s social services building.
Officers were called to the building at 20 1st Ave NE at 8:00 AM and arrested 65-year-old Cordell Young.
Police say Young got into an argument and then punched and kicked the victim. He also cut one of his fingers as he was pulling a knife out of his pocket to threaten the victim.
He was arrested on felony assault and other charges.
