Rochester Temps Will Be 50 Degrees Warmer Tomorrow

Several schools, including Rochester Public, have 2-hour delays this morning because of the cold temps. We bottomed out at 18 below overnight but temps have slowly been rising and will hit 32 tomorrow - a 50-degree swing!  Now 32 might not sound like much, but I guarantee it'll feel great compared to the last couple of days.
