Rochester, MN (KROC-AM News) -  A Rochester man was arrested over the weekend after being found slumped over in his car with a large number of pills in his lap.

Police Capt. Casey Moilanen says officers were called to the area of 19th St and W. Circle Dr. around 10:00 pm Saturday.

They found the man behind the wheel with the car still in gear. When they tried waking him up, the man suddenly grabbed some of the pills and swallowed them.

Moilanen says the officers removed him from the car and called for an ambulance. The man was taken to St Marys Hospital to be checked out and later turned over to law enforcement.

He has been identified as 31-year-old Aden Aden.
