An advertisement on one Twin Cities' bus is getting a lot of attention from people thinking it might be sending the wrong message. The bus is shrink wrapped in pink with the Planned Parenthood logo, a giant image of an intrauterine device (IUD), and the message: “Birth Control, It’s What We Do.”

Planned Parenthood spokeswoman Jennifer Aulwes told the Star Tribune that the billboard on the side of the bus is mean to be educational not offensive. “Ninety-nine percent of women use birth control at some time, so there is nothing objectionable about this basic type of health care that’s accessed at some point. And we are the absolute experts in birth control.”
