Rochester, MN (KROC AM News) - A member of the Olmsted County Sheriff’s Office heads out Friday for Florida where he will become part of the massive response team that will be dealing with the aftermath of Hurricane Irma.

Captain David Satzke will join other members of Minnesota’s Type 3 All Hazard Response Team that specializes in tasks and functions during all types of emergency situations. The team will be based in Tallahassee and is expected to be deployed for about two weeks.

Dozens of other Minnesotans will also be in Florida helping with a variety of relief efforts.
