Elderly Motorcyclist Killed in Crash Near Caledonia
Caledonia, MN (KROC-AM News) - The victim of a fatal motorcycle crash in Houston County late Monday morning was 75-years-old.
The State Patrol identified the victim as David J Adamek of River Falls, Wisconsin. He was driving a motorcycle south on Highway 76 just north of Caledonia when he lost control on a curve. The crash report says the motorcycle struck a guardrail and Adamek was thrown from the machine.
The deadly crash was reported just after 11:30 AM. The State Patrol noted Adamek suffered fatal injuries despite his full leather clothing and face mask style helmet.
