The Caledonia Warriors have had a fantastic season, led by QB Owen King, and a ferocious defense that has allowed a total of 16 points in the State Tournament. Now when Friday comes, they will be playing for their third straight State Title.

It all starts with the offensive and defensive line and head coach Carl Fruechte knows this. Fruechte's offensive line has given King plenty of time in the pocket to utilize his plethora of pass catchers in Andrew Goergen, Jordan Burg and many more.

With the offensive line playing so well, the Warriors know they could be on the brink of something special. The team has been firing on all cylinders, and with a talented QB in King and a line backing core that features two of the best in Nick McCabe and Mason Staggemeyer, the Warriors could be looking another State Championship in the eye.

For now, they will rely on what has gotten them to this point. Fantastic play on the offensive and defensive line. The line may never get the credit or all the accolades, but they are what makes this team great. They will have to have another stellar performance to get the Warriors yet another Prep Bowl victory.
