Benefit for Garret Berge Saturday in Mabel

Saturday there will be a spaghetti dinner and live auction for Berge, who is in need of a kidney. The event will go from 4-9 PM at the Mabel Community Center, and go to covering medical costs.

During the event, Berge, who is originally from the Twin Cities, will speak about his journey with the auto-immune disease sarcoidosis and provide his comedic stylings as well -so some entertainment along with information on a Saturday.

Any money raised above the medical costs coming will go to the charity Garret is hoping to have funds create, Laugh 4 the Cure. Berge has found laughter as good medicine in his battle.
