Rochester, MN (KROC AM News) - More snow hit parts of Minnesota Sunday and dozens of motorists were involved in traffic wrecks and mishaps.

The State Patrol says there were 173 crashes reported between 7:00 AM and 4:30 PM Sunday but no serious injuries.

One of the wrecks happened in Rochester around 11:30 AM Sunday. The State Patrol says a vehicle driven by a Wykoff woman struck the median wall on the Highway 52 bridge over Highway 63. The driver was identified as 60-year-old Mary Harrington. She wasn’t hurt but a passenger was. The State Patrol says 57-year-old William Kalvig of Wykoff was taken to St. Marys Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. The State Patrol report indicates there was snow/ice on the bridge.

Roads across southeast Minnesota were slick again Monday morning.
The National Weather Service office in La Crosse, WI issued this advisory:

"Wet and slush on roadways may have frozen overnight, resulting in icy patches and potentially slippery travel for morning commuters. In addition, sidewalks could also have slippery stretches."

Sunday snowfall totals in southeast Minnesota were more than 2 inches in some areas.
