Rochester, MN (KROC AM News) - An observant witness is being credited with helping Rochester police catch two suspected burglars.

The witness called 911 Friday night after seeing a suspicious vehicle at the former AMPI Dairy site.

Officers contacted a person who had access to the building. After entering the building, it was discovered someone was apparently in the process of taking large spools of copper and steel wiring worth tens of thousands of dollars.
