Rochester Man Spends Long Weekend In Jail For Exposing Himself
Rochester, MN (KROC AM News) - A Rochester man is facing indecent exposure and trespassing charges for an incident at a local convenience store last weekend.
The incident also meant a long weekend in jail for the suspect.
Police arrested 56-year-old Roger Morehouse around 3:30 am Saturday at the 4th St SE Holiday store located near the Government Center. Officers were told Morehouse had been dropping his pants and exposing himself to employees and customers inside and outside the business.
Moorhouse was still there when officers arrived and it was decided to take him to jail because of concerns he may return to the business. The business had obtained a trespassing order against Morehouse for an earlier incident.
Because he was arrested Saturday and Monday was a holiday, Moorhead was still in jail Tuesday morning even though he is just facing three misdemeanor charges.
