Chaska, MN (KROC AM News) - A Twin Cities-area man was fatally injured in a three-vehicle crash Tuesday.

The deadly wreck happened around 9:30 am in Chaska when the victim’s vehicle crossed the center median and collided head-on with a Jeep.

The victim was identified as 33-year-old Spencer Olson of Chanhassen. He was taken to the hospital where he later died. The State Patrol says he was not wearing a seatbelt.

The driver of the Jeep was identified as 70-year-old Mary Kulawik of Sioux City, Iowa. She was taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

Her vehicle spun around after being hit by Olson’s car and was struck in the side by an SUV. It was driven by 50-year-old Shawn Bachman of Wayzata. He and two children in the SUV were not hurt.
