Rochester, MN (KROC-AM News) - The already challenging task of driving through downtown Rochester will be a bit more difficult this week.

The Rochester Public Works Department says traffic on 4th Street Southwest will be limited to one lane in each direction between 1st Avenue Southwest and the alley to the east. Traffic will be shifted to the south side of the roadway to allow for work on a private construction project.

The lane restrictions are scheduled to be in place from Monday through Thursday.
