The Twins are looking for Korean interpreter to join their staff. According to the information in the job posting, they are looking for someone to "work directly with a Major League player (subject to performance) in translating spoken and written words by utilizing advanced grammatical knowledge of Korean and English languages."

The posting goes on to say that the job requirements include being fluent in Korean and English, having a general understanding of baseball, and having experience interpreting for celebrities.

What the post doesn't say, however, is what will happen to the person hired for this position if no Korean players make the team. There's probably not much need for a Korean interpreter if there are no Korean-speaking players on the Twins final roster.

In any case, if you're interested, you can find more information, including how to apply, in the complete job description. Good luck! I'd wish you that in Korean, but I don't speak the language. And I won't be applying for the job, either...
