A Minnesota school is making news for something positive, and something we as Minnesotans know all to well. The video which was made by Franklin Middle School in Minneapolis is entitled Coats, Hats, and Gloves, and has gone viral. The video has been featured on news stations across the country, and was recently shown on ABC's GMA.

In the video a group of students taught by Michael Bratsch, worked together to throw in some lyrics, and pitch ideas for the song. The song and video are performed by members of Futureboys and Futuregirls, Franklin’s leadership club. The video, dated January 18th, was posted to the Minneapolis Schools Facebook page and has generated more than 229,000 views.

It's a simple reminder for those visiting the "Bold North" during the lead up to, and the day of the Super Bowl to bundle up as the weather isn't what some are accustomed to. The weather for Sunday outside US Bank Stadium, site of Super Bowl LII, will be a mix of morning sunshine and afternoon clouds with a high of 11 and a low of five below. Better remember your coat, hat, and gloves and bundle up, or better yet stay indoors for the big game!
