The Post Bulletin is selling off its downtown buildings. PB Columnist, Jeff Kiger, shared the news on Facebook and said the newspaper plans to relocate its operations. The PB has two huge buildings across from the Mayo Civic Center that are currently listed for sale for 22-million dollars!

The downtown area is quickly evolving so I'm sure these buildings won't be on the market for too long. What do you think will take the PB's place? The location is in a prime spot for a hotel, but I think there are already enough of those being built. Could we see more high-end apartments? Is Rochester ready for a Dave and Busters? Or perhaps some sort of retail development?

We'll let you know more when we find out.
