Two Drivers Transported to Rochester Following Crash on HWY 30
Rushford, MN (KROC-AM News) - Two motorists were transported to St. Marys Hospital following a collision this morning in Fillmore County.
The State Patrol says the incident involved two pickups that collided head-on on Highway 30 about 5 miles west of Rushford and approximately 5 miles north of Lanesboro. The injury crash was reported around 8:15 AM.
The preliminary crash report says 20-year-old Stormy Siltman of Little Falls was headed west in Dodge Ram 2500 when her vehicle collided with an eastbound Ford Ranger driven by 38-year-old Gavilan Tollefson of Peterson. Both drivers were brought to Rochester by ambulance with what were described as non-life-threatening injuries.
The State Patrol indicated neither driver was wearing a seatbelt and alcohol was not involved in the crash.
Rushford and Lanesboro Ambulance Services, and the Lanesboro Fire Department assisted the State Patrol at the scene.
