The Fillmore County Attorney has requested a delay for a court hearing that is scheduled for Monday.

Court records say he was on supervised release from state prison when investigators found child sexual abuse materials on his cell phone.

The Winona woman, who was the mother of Fravel’s two children, vanished in late March of last year and her body was found in June of 2023.

The new criminal complaint was filed in Olmsted County Court on the same day as her guilty plea.

Several young children in the buggy were seriously hurt.

Olmsted County has now set new employment records for five consecutive months.

It follows two days of record warmth.

Two vehicles were involved in the Friday morning collision.

The vehicle-deer collision happened shortly after 7:10 Monday evening.

All three of the crashes happened during the afternoon.
