The 2023 drug bust was part of a narcotics investigation conducted by the Rochester Police Department.
Law enforcement executed the search warrant after multiple control buys by a police informant, according to a criminal complaint that was filed in Olmsted County Court on Thursday.

The complaint says the informant bought a total of 100 M30 fentanyl-laced pills from 27-year-old Hussein Abdirahman Sheikh-Adam during two controlled buys last July and August.
Following the purchase, investigators executed a search warrant at a residence in the 200 block of 1st Ave. Northwest on September 13.
Detectives found a bag containing what the complaint describes as thousands of M30 pills inside of a torn mattress inside of the home.
The pills tested positive for fentanyl and the baggie contained an estimated 3,270 pills, the charges say.
During an interview with law enforcement, Sheikh-Adam admitted to selling the pills and said he would pick up about 1,000 pills at a time from a contact in the Twin Cities, according to the complaint.
Sheikh-Adam is charged with one count of first-degree drug sales and a count of first-degree drug possession. He’s due to make his first court appearance in August.
