39-year-old Lisa Nicole Faber of Rochester is charged with one count of possession of a stolen check, a count of check forgery and a count of financial transaction card fraud.

Checks from the business’s account written to Faber’s mother and utility bills were among the alleged irregularities, the charges say.

Faber admitted to law enforcement she used her ex employers money for personal purchases, claiming she used the money to make rent payments and that she intended to pay the business back, the complaint says.

The complaint also lists multiple transactions Faber is accused of making with the business's financial car from May through October of 2023.
