Funds Set up for McNeilus Burn Victims
Undated (KROC AM News) – Fundraising efforts have been started for two employees who were severely burned in Wednesday’s explosion at the McNeilus Truck and Manufacturing plant in Dodge Center.
The brother of one of the victims says Anthony Putratz suffered burns over half his body. Nate Putrartz has set up a GoFundMe site to help his brother, who he says was burned from the waist up and will be in the burn unit for at least two months followed by months of recovery.
The family of Eemou See says she suffered 3rd degree burns over the upper half of her body. Her family has also set up a GoFundMe site. The two victims are being treated at the burn unit at Regions Hospital.
Two other workers were also hurt and were treated for non-life threatening injuries at St. Marys Hospital.
