Bundle up before heading out today. Temps are going to reach the upper 30s today but with the wind it's going to feel like the upper 20s.  The National Weather Service in LaCrosse has issued a Freeze Warning for our listening area. That will go from 10:00PM this evening through 9:00AM tomorrow and means sub-freezing temperatures as low as 28 expected.

The warning is for portions of central, north central, southwest and west central Wisconsin, north central and northeast Iowa and southeast Minnesota. The NWS says you should take steps now to protect tender plants from the cold. If you have plants you want to keep alive, cover them or move them indoors.

Scattered snow showers are expected across southeast Minnesota tomorrow afternoon and evening with little to no accumulation expected.
