
Faribault Teen Seriously Hurt After Crashing Into Bridge Post

Northfield, MN (KROC AM News) - A teenager was seriously injured after crashing a pickup truck into a bridge post on Monday.
The crash happened on northbound 1-35 near Northfield around 3:30 pm.

The State Patrol says the truck was driven by 16-year-old Andrew Caron of Faribault.
He was airlifted to a Twin Cities hospital with reported life-threatening injuries.
Monday night just after 9 PM, Andrew's mother Sara Caron posted to Facebook thanking everyone for their thoughts and prayers followed by an update on her son's condition.
Update on my Andrew he had a guardian angel protecting him! His injuries are going to hurt but he will be fine without any surgeries at this time.
Andrew has multiple facial fractures on his right cheek, a cracked rib, two bruised lungs, cracked elbow and stitches on his knee!
