
Expensive Guns Taken in Rochester Burglary
Rochester, MN (KROC AM News) - A burglar made off with three expensive guns from a northwest Rochester residence Thursday.
Police say a Rochester man returned home Thursday night to discover the thief had forced open a door at his residence in the 2,000 block of 50th St NW.
After checking to see if anything was missing, he discovered the semi-automatic rifles were gone. One was an AK-47 and the other two were AR-15 models. The owner placed the overall value at $5,000.
The residence is located near King’s Run Park.
