Early Morning Fire In Rural Rochester Destroys Two Vehicles

Rochester, MN (KROC AM News) - Two vehicles were wiped out by a fire at a rural Rochester residence Thursday.
Rochester Fire Dept. crews were sent to Oak Park Circle SE near Marion Rd around 5:30 am in response to a car fire.

They arrived to find the flames had spread to another vehicle in the driveway. The crews were able to get the fire out before it spread to the nearby house.
RFD says “Both vehicles were determined to be a total loss.” The cause is under investigation.
Air temperatures at the time were around -10 degrees.
