The Minnesota Twins announced that there will be no fees on tickets purchased today (May 20th), and today only.
Nobody likes paying extra fees, right? So today might be a good day to book your next family trip to Target Field. Not only that, tickets start at $5 for the remaining games for a limited time. You may just be able to score a great weekday game at a great price.
Target Field Getting Closer To Operating At Full Capacity
The Twins continue to begin preparations to raise the capacity at Target Field throughout the summer. Beginning on games scheduled for June 8th, tickets will no longer be restricted to pods but will be available in all quantities, and in locations throughout Target Field.
The Twins are operating at 60 percent capacity for all games remaining at Target Field in May; the club will then operate at up to 80 percent capacity in June, and finally beginning on July 5 Target Field will have 100 percent capacity for Twins final 40 regular-season home games.
Of course, these plans can change based on future public health guidance.
So get your family ready to enjoy some baseball in the sun this summer. Yes, the Twins are not playing their best baseball as of late, but it is along the season, and Target Field has so many great places to check out with fantastic food and drinks. It is worth the trip!
