
Woman Who Was Killed in Buffalo Shooting Worked At Mayo Clinic

Buffalo, MN (KROC AM News) - The person who was fatally wounded in Tuesday’s shooting at the Allina clinic in Buffalo, MN once worked at Mayo Clinic in Rochester.
She has been identified as Lindsay Overbay, a 37-year-old mother of two young children.

A friend who has set up a gofundme site says:
“Lindsay was attending college classes to further her career to make sure she could provide a better life for her two beautiful children.”
The site had already raised more than $175,000 in its first 24 hours.
Overbay was born in New Ulm.The Star Tribune says she and her husband Donald lived in Rochester for a time before they moved to the Buffalo area.
Mayo Clinic Thursday confirmed Overbay is a former employee.
She was working as a medical assistant at the time of the shooting.
