Winter Storm Warning Issued for Southeast Minnesota

The area has been upgraded to a Winter Storm Warning, from a Winter Storm Watch.

We can expect 6 to 9 inches of snow from Friday night through Saturday. Plan ahead if you have to travel, and don't travel unless you absolutely have too.

According to the National Weather Service, we can expect the heaviest of the snowfall Friday night, and with the wind visibility will be reduced greatly.

The snow will start around noon on Friday, and continue through Saturday.
