We Now Know What The Huge Building Is By 37th Street in Rochester

A new building that is going up in NE Rochester, Minnesota surprised me a little bit when I was driving home from the grocery store because I had no idea this was in the works for the med city!  I don't have a fancy enough car for this place but I know quite a few car enthusiasts that will be thrilled with the condos going up in NE Rochester because they are designed just for their cars.

Roadhouse Motor Condos Opening Soon in Rochester, Minnesota

Construction crews have been busy working at the land at 273 NE Penny Ln next to Tommy's Car Wash for the new car condos being built.  If you drive by right now, you'll notice that some of the structure is starting to go up.  I grabbed a few photos and have those below so you can get a glimpse of what the project looks like right now.

Here's what I know so far about the new car condos being built in Rochester, Minnesota

According to the sign by Tommy's Car Wash and the permits filed with the City of Rochester, the new place is Roadhouse Motor Condos.  On the electrical permit, it indicated the following, "2 buildings storage units. One 19 unit and one 13 unit.".

At Home store opening in the South Shopko store in Rochester, Minnesota

ICYMI, the South Shopko store is currently being remodeled for a new store.  The ironic thing is, the new store is called At Home and is a lot like a Shopko!  Learn a little bit more at the link below.
