Vikings vs Chargers “Flexed” Out Of Sunday Night Football
Minnesota Vikings fans know that the Vikings have had struggle in primetime games throughout their franchise's history. Yet, anytime you get to watch the Vikings in primetime it has a different feel too it. While the Vikings and Seattle Seahawks will still meet on Monday Night Football, the Vikings vs. Chargers in Week 15 will no longer be played on Sunday Night Football.
With the Los Angeles Chargers continue to fall out of playoff contention at 4-8 on the season, the NFL and NBC have flexed out the Vikings vs. Chargers game and switched to Buffalo Bills at 9-3 vs. the Pittsburgh Steelers at 7-5, a game that could put a lot on the line with AFC Playoff implications.
According to NFL.com's Ian Rapoport, the Vikings and Chargers will now play at 3:05 pm Central Time in LA.
It will still be a big game for the Vikings, as they have to keep winning to keep pace with the Green Bay Packers if they want a regaining the NFC North crown.
