After much speculation, Trisha Yearwood has confirmed it: She has new music coming out ... well, new to her, at least. The singer's latest album will be a collection of Frank Sinatra songs, fittingly named Let's Be Frank.

Although an album of Sinatra covers might not be what fans were expecting, Yearwood explains to People that it's an idea she's been toying with for a while. "I’ve been wanting to make this record for 20 years," she says.

"I have always loved standards, and nobody sings them better than Sinatra," Yearwood adds. "I’m honored to get the chance to pay tribute to him and the songwriters in these timeless classics."

Yearwood recorded the songs for Let's Be Frank at Sinatra's old stomping grounds, the Capitol Records building in Hollywood, Calif. To help channel the late singer and keep the songs as authentic as possible, Yearwood even chose to use Sinatra's old microphone and stool during the creative process. A 55-piece orchestra took part in the recordings as well.

Earlier this month, Yearwood shared a nine-frame Instagram collage that combined to reveal a promotional shot -- which, it turns out, is her new album's cover. In the picture, Yearwood, sporting a suit jacket, unbuttoned shirt and loosened tie, with a hat perched to obscure one eye. Each photo was is captioned with the hashtag "#LBF," which fans now know stands for Let's Be Frank.

Yearwood's fans have been waiting on new music for years; the country star last released new music in 2014, when she dropped Prizefighter: Hit After Hit, which showcases some of her most iconic hits alongside six new songs. That same year, she teamed with her husband, Garth Brooks, for a holiday album called Christmas Together.

Let's Be Frank will first be released at Williams-Sonoma stores on Dec. 20, before being made available everywhere on Feb. 14.
