Southeast Minnesota Town Makes a Select Country Living Magazine List
Those of us who live in southeast Minnesota know what a special place it is. Natural beauty, four seasons and a great standard of living make our area a great place to call home. Now, one of the towns in our area has been cast into the spotlight by Country Living magazine.
The magazine posted an article not long ago touting "40 American Towns You Haven't Heard of But Should Visit ASAP," and our very own Lanesboro, Minnesota was mentioned in the list.
Calling Lanesboro the "Bed and Breakfast Capital of Minnesota," the post says it "offers relaxation for couples and outdoor adventures for families in the bluffs of the Root River Valley."
Of course, those of us who really know the area are aware that Lanesboro offers so much more. But it's always nice when a nationally-recognized publication highlights a town in our area. What other towns in our area do you feel could be included in Country Living's list?
