Section 1A and 1AA Girls Basketball Postponed

With both Section 1A and 1AA Girls Basketball down to the final eight teams in each section, great games, atmosphere, and big crowds are likely. Yet, because of this weather forecast and the whiteout conditions have caused the Section 1A and 1AA Girls Basketball tournament to be postponed.

Word broke early Monday morning that Monday's game at the Mayo Civic Center will be postponed and rescheduled for Wednesday at the same times.

Games affected include:

Section 1A: #2 Goodhue vs. #7 Houston - Now scheduled for 6 pm Wednesday in Mayo Civic Auditorium. This game will be broadcasted on 103.1 KFIL.

Section1A: #3 Hayfield vs. #6 Kingsland - Now scheduled for 7:30 pm in Mayo Civic Auditorium This game will be broadcasted on 103.1 KFIL

Section 1AA: #2 Caledonia vs. #7 Dover-Eyota - Now scheduled for 6 pm Wednesday in Mayo Civic Arena. This game will be broadcasted on Cool 104.

Section 1AA: #3 Rochester Lourdes vs. #6 Stewartville - Now scheduled for 7:30 p.m. Wednesday in Mayo Civic Arena

Tuesday's playoff games are on as scheduled, as of now.
