Lockett and 20-year-old Ashley Heckman were charged in the Aug. 6th incident at the Parkside Mobile Home Park.

Officers were called there by a Winona man and woman who said they had been robbed after arriving to meet a person to buy some marijuana. Officers were told a gun was pointed at the Winona man and the weapon discharged into the floor of the mobile home during a struggle. The victims said Lockett, Heckman and another man fled with their cell phone and cash.

The criminal complaint indicates Lockett and Heckman admitted being involved in the incident, but they told investigators the other man was the person who had the gun.

Heckman’s case is pending
