Rochester Man Charged With Child Sex Crime and Child Porn

Rochester, MN (KROC AM News) -  A Rochester man has been charged with criminal sexual conduct involving a juvenile and possessing child pornography.

Arraigned Monday was 42-year-old Joshua Laber. His conditional bail was set at $20,000.

The criminal complaint says a juvenile reported inappropriate touching that occurred last year. The juvenile also reported finding a camera in the bathroom after taking a shower.

A police investigator who searched Laber’s laptop found numerous images of child porn.

Laber is a former Rochester police officer. He served 9 years before resigning in 2015.
