Rochester, MN (KROC-AM News) - Radio transmissions from emergency responders who were called to the scene of a traffic crash north of Rochester this morning indicated a pregnant woman was pinned inside her car for about an hour following a collision with a truck.

The State Patrol says the crash occurred around 8:30 a.m. at the junction of Highway 63 and Highway 247 north of Rochester. The woman, 26-year-old Cassandra Tiedeman of Zumbro Falls, was driving north on Highway 63 when her car collided with an eastbound truck at the intersection often known as "Reinke's Corner." The truck driver, who was identified by the State Patrol as 20-year-old Hassanur Gessod of Minneapolis, was not injured.

Tiedemann was transported by ambulance to St. Marys Hospital. The State Patrol described her injuries as non-life-threatening. Both she and the truck driver were wearing seatbelts.
