Reba McEntire brought a host of power and meaning to the 2017 ACM Awards with her performance of "Back to God."

Thirty-time ACM Awards winner and close friend Ronnie Dunn introduced the country superstar, saying spiritual and gospel music plays "a really big part in what we do in our genre" before dubbing his friend "the queen of country music."

McEntire was joined by award-winning Christian singer Lauren Daigle, who showed off her stunning vocals while holding her own with the country legend. The country star's voice sounded pitch-perfect as always, powerfully delivering the song's spiritual lyrics.

Both ladies looked just as lovely as their voices sounded, with Daigle donning a beautiful floor-length red gown, while McEntire rocked an equally gorgeous beige dress. A captivated crowd were on their feet for the duration of the performance — Carrie Underwood and Keith Urban swayed along to the meaningful song. McEntire got a bit teary eyed at the end of the performance as the singers received a spirited standing ovation.

"Back to God" serves as the lead single off of McEntire's debut gospel album Sing It Now: Songs of Faith & Hope. The project recently topped both the country and Christian album charts. She is currently filming her new drama series set to air on ABC that finds the country star playing a sheriff named Ruby Adair in a small Southern town.
