When people say Minnesota, Prince is one of, if not the, first person that pops into everyones head. With purple shining throughout downtown Minneapolis, Prince was remembered during the Super Bowl 52 halftime show, and it was incredible.

This photo, thanks to KARE 11, was simply amazing.

I did find that the City of Minneapolis was not actually lit up like this, but it was still awesome to see the entire downtown shining in purple, with Prince's symbol mixed in. It was a great performance from Justin Timberlake, as well.

Yet, when the rumors of Prince's hologram started to surface, I really didn't like the idea. When I saw how the tribute was played out, I really liked it and thought it was very well done. A great way to remember one of the greatest musicians.

The Super Bowl was pretty entertaining itself, but the commercials were a little bit BLAH, I thought. Although Eli Manning and Odell Beckham Jr. doing a little Dirty Dancing might have been my favorite.
