The regularly scheduled Preston Pride Clean-Up Day has been canceled due to COVID-19 pandemic.

According to a Facebook post to from the Get Hooked on Preston page, the Clean-Up day may be canceled, but people are still encouraged to get outside and clean up their own space on April 25.

Families are encouraged to pull weeds, trim, pick up garbage from winter or even work on a fun outdoor project, along with sharing their pictures on Facebook and tagging Get Hooked On Preston Facebook Page.

Other ideas to help clean up at home, while staying safe, include making a compost pile, creating a rain barrel to collect water for flowers and gardens, creating a recycling center for your home, planting a tree, raking your lawn or riding your bike.
