New Rochester “Rent A House” Project Gets Green Light

Rochester, MN (KROC AM News) - The Rochester City Council has approved a development agreement for a proposed residential housing project in the northwest part of the city.
It’s called The Preserve At West Circle and will be located north of 19th St NW and west of West Circle Dr.

The development plan calls for 120 single-family houses that will consist of a mix of slab-on-grade homes and full basement walkouts and a community clubhouse.

North Rock Real Estate has indicated the homes will be rented, not sold.
