Minnesota Wild’s Matt Dumba Just Listed His $1 Million Condo For Sale
The Minnesota Wild are getting ready to drop the puck on their 2022 NHL season, but team member Matt Dumba is already making a move, and just put his million-dollar condo in Minneapolis up for sale.
After a quick exit at the hands of the Las Vegas Golden Knights during the first round of the Stanley Cup playoffs last season, the Minnesota Wild are looking forward to getting the 2022 NHL season underway (which they'll do Thursday night, hosting the New York Rangers at the Xcel Energy Center in St. Paul.)
But defenseman Matt Dumba has already been active, having just put his luxury condominium in Minneapolis on the market. According to the Minneapolis-St. Paul Business Journal, the condo is located in the Ivy Residences, located on top of the Hotel Ivy.
According to the listing from Reide Housely of Realty Group, it's listed for a cool $1.2 million and is 2,662 square feet featuring two bedrooms, a den, and two bathrooms. It also has a fireplace, and large storage space and comes with two parking spaces. It also has access to on-site amenities including a cocktail lounge, fitness center, restaurants, and more.
If you put around $240,000 down, the listing said, your mortgage payment would be just over $4,000 a month, plus your homeowner's association fee (HOA) which will cost you $1,769 each month. Check out the amazing pictures below!
