Looking at my schedule right now, we've got several days that go from 7:30 am until 10 pm.  In other words, we are in the final days of school and I am feeling all of the last minute concerts, plays, open houses and soon...graduations.  Don't judge, but my family is only getting meals right now because of a drive-thru on the way from one thing to the next.  It's just how it is.  I did get a big laugh though at an orchestra concert at Century High School because they had a performance I was not expecting...but it was hilarious!

If you haven't been to an orchestra concert, they are usually fairly quiet, conservative, and serious.  That pretty much sums up our experiences the last few years as we have gone to hear our #1 violin player.

Well, Century High School kicked it up a notch at their orchestra concert on Monday.  It was the last performance for the Seniors and to make it fun, they played percussion instead of their stringed instruments.  The night was all about celebrating and having fun.  And boy...did they have fun!

A few "special" guests showed up to perform the song "Jurassic Park".  Some of those guests played the bass and a few others were poking their heads around the corner and eventually came on stage for a fun little dance.  Ok, little is an understatement.  They were big.  Very, very big.

Thanks, Century High School orchestra for an amazing concert and for the laughs!
