SEE EVERYTHING OLMSTED COUNTY FAIR HERE.

It's hard to believe the Olmsted County Fair (OFC) is back on Monday. The 2019 OCF seems so long ago, but boy did we have fun. That was the year Nelly was in town and we gave away a ton of tickets to the show!

That give-away is such a great memory for me. The whole fair was, but enough about me...what about you? What are your favorite Olmsted County Fair Memories?

10 Great Olmsted County Fair Memories

The Olmsted County Fair starts Monday the 26th, 2021. I asked for chats on the Y-105FM app telling me your favorite Olmsted County Fair Memories. Some are simple, some are more complicated...but almost all of them are about when we were in middle school, high school, or just out of high school.

Those were magical years, even if they were awkward as heck. Take your time, scroll slowly, and if you have a memory you'd like to share, just drop me an email: james.rabe@townsquaremedia.com.

Back to 2019, how much did I enjoy the fair Here's just a snippet of what I wrote.

(2019) I'm going to go ahead and say it. I had more fun at the Olmsted County Free Fair than I've ever had. Great shows, food vendors, rides, games, and, as always, LOVED seeing and learning about the huge impact, and many careers that make up our agricultural world.

The all-volunteer fair putter-onners outdid themselves. That's right, all-volunteer. No one gets paid to organize, arrange, and put on the Olmsted County Free Fair.

As always, if you have a comment, complaint, or concern about something I wrote here, please let me know: james.rabe@townsquaremedia.com

Listen to James Rabe and Jessica Williams 6a to 10a on Y-105 FM's Early Morning Show.

LOOK: Here Are 30 Foods That Are Poisonous to Dogs

To prepare yourself for a potential incident, always keep your vet's phone number handy, along with an after-hours clinic you can call in an emergency. The ASPCA Animal Poison Control Center also has a hotline you can call at (888) 426-4435 for advice.

Even with all of these resources, however, the best cure for food poisoning is preventing it in the first place. To give you an idea of what human foods can be dangerous, Stacker has put together a slideshow of 30 common foods to avoid. Take a look to see if there are any that surprise you.
