Fatal Stabbing Reported Outside Mahnomen Bar

According to a press release from the White Earth Tribal Police Department, officers and emergency medical personnel responded to a reported stabbing outside Kings Corner Bar during the evening hours on Saturday (Dec 13).

Despite life-saving efforts by first responders, a 24-year-old man was pronounced deceased at the scene. The victim’s name has not been released, and authorities have not shared details about the injuries or the events leading up to the stabbing.

White Earth Tribal Police Identify Person of Interest in Fatal Stabbing

Authorities say a person of interest has been identified as Dayami Clark, 23, of the Naytahwaush area.

Police have not released additional information regarding Clark’s possible involvement in the homicide or whether criminal charges are being considered.

The White Earth Tribal Police Department says efforts are ongoing to locate Clark as part of the investigation.

Reward Offered for Information in Mahnomen Homicide Case

Investigators say a monetary reward has been authorized for information that leads to the location and apprehension of Clark.

Authorities also warned that anyone found to be aiding or harboring Clark could face prosecution to the fullest extent of the law.
