Rochester, MN (KROC AM News) - A convicted child sex offender who fled an intensive supervised release program in Olmsted County a few years ago is moving back to Rochester.

The Rochester Police Dept. says 42-year-old Michael Costa was scheduled to be released from the custody of the Minnesota Dept. of Corrections Tuesday and move to the supervised living facility at the county campus. That’s where he was living in 2017 after being released from prison when he vanished and was later found in California.
