The coronavirus may have put a pause on Summer Camp, but Good Earth Village is offering an online program to help bring summer camp right into your home.

Good Earth Villiage calls it Virtual Village, which is a six-week experience and consists of multiple videos of their summer staff leading a variety of camp activities.

Each week is built around a Good Earth Village core value of faith, peace, openness, friendship, community, and service. The videos include different topics including:

  • Bible Lessons
  • Prayers
  • Songs
  • Crafts
  • Environmental Education
  • Camp Recipe

Virtual Village allows campers to access the camp experience whenever they are, and according to their press release, they hope the videos will allow campers to engage in faith-filled conversations.

"We hope these videos allow campers to engage in faith-filled conversations and inspires them to go explore their own backyard. Camp is a place for all people to feel a sense of belonging, and we hope to capture the same feeling through our videos. There is no charge to access these fun videos and they will continue to be available on our website beyond the six weeks."
