From Sheriff Kaase 911 update

Tuesday morning February 24 at 5 a.m., the Fillmore County Sheriff's Office will be updating the 911 system.  The update is expected to last 15 minutes.  During the update, all calls including 911 calls, will be transferred to the Houston County Sheriff's Office in Caledonia.  Fillmore and Houston Counties will be in constant radio contact to transfer any emergency information.  This update is being coordinated with CenturyLink to assure the public that all emergency calls will be answered.  Fillmore County Sheriff Tom Kaase wants to assure everyone that all necessary precautions are being taken to make this update go as smooth as possible with no impact to our citizens.
