Former Minnesota Gopher Will Speak At PACF’s Annual Dinner and Auction
Each year, the Preston Area Community Foundation holds their annual Dinner and Auction in March. This year, Darrell Thompson, the former Rochester John Marshall Rocket, Minnesota Golden Gopher and Green Bay Packer, will be the guest speaker!
Thompson is the President of Boulder Options, and will speak about his youth mentoring program. Along with Thompson, past grant recipients will talk about their projects.
Tickets are on sale now at F&M Community Bank in Preston for just $40. There will also be a silent and live auction. Social hour is from 5:30pm-6:30pm and Dinner starts at 6:30pm.
It is a fantastic event to help raise money for our communities. Also, Dan Christianson of F&M Community Bank will match all items purchased 50 cents on the $1.00. Pretty amazing stuff! It will all be held at the Branding Iron Supper Club in Preston.
Don't wait, go ahead and get your tickets for a fun event, with an opportunity to listen to someone that is from Southeast Minnesota who has really made a difference.
